The founder of the company, Lee Florence is a certified computer and network engineer with over 20 years experience in IT training and support. Lee has first class honors degree in Further Education and Training, and a Diploma with Distinction in Management Development.		Robert Deathers has over 20 years experience in administration, accounts and operations management; and has a Master of Science degree in Business Systems. Robert's role involves business development, business administration and customer service.


Stephen Downey provides our on-site, contextualised and situationalised design software training and telementoring. Stephen runs his own successful web design company in Newcastle, and also has extensive experience in Flash animation, photography, and video production.		Gill Holden is a chartered management accountant and provides our on-site, contextualised and situationalised accounts and payroll training as well as telementoring. Prior to running her own successful accountancy business, Gill gained extensive experience in the retail, service and construction sectors, performing key financial roles in both small and large international organisations.
